º£½ÇÂÒÂ× is proud to announce the 2023-24 º£½ÇÂÒÂ× Hi-Steppers. Under the direction of Angela Hite, the Hi-Steppers have a history of excellence and of goodwill serving as one of the oldest precision dance lines in the nation.

º£½ÇÂÒÂ× Hi-Steppers for the 2023-2024 year include sophomores, (front, from left) Ashleigh Byrd and Maria Serratos, both of Clinton, Captain Elizabeth Runnels of Brandon, Captain Chelcee Porter of Jackson, Mia Sperandeo of Pisgah and Trinity Wortham of Florence. In the middle row are new Hi-Steppers, (from left) Cheyenne Cornelius of Clinton, Marissa Stokes of Brandon, Denver Jackson of Crystal Springs, Malayah Evans of Newton, Brooks Rutland of Crystal Springs, Ciera Johnson of Richland and Erin Lollis and Amia Lewis, both of Byram. Also new to the Hi-Steppers in the third row are (from left) Semia Wansley of Byram, Alexis Johnson of Richland, Alexis Marts and Jayda Graham, both of Flowood, Zoe Irving of Jackson and Skylar Boyd of Brandon.

They have performed for audiences across the U.S., Canada and Europe. No group in the U.S. has received more invitations to nationally televised bowl games, professional football games or national parades than the Hi-Steppers. The Hi-Steppers are still a favorite today as they perform with the Eagle Marching Band at football games, exhibitions, parades, community and charitable events. Known as Mississippi’s Goodwill Ambassadors, the dancers have given their time and energy to many worthy causes.
